We are currently looking for a full time Sales Progressor to be based in one of our Leeds offices. Base could be Pudsey, Roundhay or Horsforth.
You will be responsible for proactively responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, to meet sales targets. You will predominantly be involved in progressing sales from sales agreed to completion in a quick and effective manner for the Leeds offices. Liaising with solicitors, buyer’s and vendor’s to help ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. Re-negotiating where necessary, to ensure the sale completes. Maintaining regular contact with Buyers and Sellers to update them on progress of the sale.
The ideal candidate will have sales progression experience and be self-motivated and have a strong sales and customer services background. The ideal individual will possess the tenacity, drive and ability to complete a deal, have excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of conveyancing the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, as well as meeting sales targets.
You will need to deliver the highest level of customer service both face to face and on the phone and you will also be engaging directly with our client in regular progress meetings at which you will table and present weekly sales updates.
On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £30,000.
