Lettings / Renewals Administrator

We are currently looking for a temporary full time Lettings/Renewals Administrator for a 3-5 month period to work 30-37.5hours per week (Monday to Friday) in our administration centre based in Horsforth.
The aim of the job is to assist the team with the renewal of tenancies. This is a fast paced environment as you will be working within a team that deals with all renewals companywide covering 18 branches and a portfolio of over 13,000 + properties.
The role includes:
- Issuing tenancy agreements.
- Inbox management.
- Issuing Notice of rent increase.
- Any other admin jobs required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, a keen attention to detail, be well organised and have experience of delivering fantastic customer service.
Salary £20,000 - £22,000 FTE dependent on experience.
