Proactively responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximize potential opportunities and meet the branch targets. Encouraging potential landlords to have a property appraisal and to use the Company’s services to let and manage their property. You will also maintain regular contact with your potential tenants encouraging them to view properties matching their requirements.
