We are currently looking for a Trainee Property Manager who is experienced in dealing with arranging large volumes of maintenance work and liaising with contractors on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be able to progress into all aspects of property management including visiting properties to carry out routine inspections, Check Outs and Inventories through a structured training plan, typically 6-12 months. You will be based in our Willerby office and will be ambitious and enjoy developing strong relationships to build a positive experience for our tenants, landlords and contractors. The ideal candidate must be able to drive and will have excellent attention to detail, great administrative and IT skills including problem solving and multi-tasking and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

In return we offer a starting salary of £20,000 and plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within a dynamic and fast growing company.
