Safety and Compliance Administrator - Potential Hybrid Working

We are currently looking for a full time Safety Compliance Co-ordinator to work 39 hours per week in our fast paced Property Administration Department, this position has flexibility on the start and finish times and potential for hybrid working, the office is based in Horsforth. The job role will mainly consist of arranging, organising, chasing and updating gas safety certificates, PAT testing, boiler services and electrical certificates for over 13,000 properties. You will liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
To schedule monitor and analyse safety checks keeping certificates up to date at all times to ensure our landlords remain complaint with the law. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and you will have experience of working within a customer service environment where you are reactive to customer’s needs.

Salary of £20,000 to £22,000 plus annual bonus.
