We are currently looking for an Apprentice Lettings Consultant for our Horsforth branch. You will be responsible for supporting the branch staff in responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximize potential opportunities and meet the branch targets. You will assist with photocopying, scanning documents, sorting post and taking phone calls. Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services. Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
