We are currently looking for a part time Tenancy Progressor to work Monday to Friday in our administration centre based in Horsforth. The job role will mainly consist of facilitating the completion of the application process, from start to finish.
You will be responsible for progressing tenancy applications from start to finish. This will involve ensuring that all tenancy applications are input and completed accurately and in a timely manner, to ensure move in targets can be met. Data inputting the tenancy on to Veco, providing a comprehensive referencing service, ensuring correct fees have been taken and are allocated to tenants accounts. Drafting and producing legally binding contracts, sending all paperwork related to a move in to the tenants to sign electronically via DocuSign. Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and mandatory certificates are valid and served correctly prior to move in. Providing first line advice and administration support to the wider branch network as well as Tenants and Landlords, in accordance with organisational policy, procedure and professional standards, to ensure highly effective customer service.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Working to strict deadlines, in a busy quick-paced department. Some lettings experience and an understanding of regulatory requirements would be beneficial.
