We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Willerby area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings. The ideal candidate will have experience of carrying out inventories, understanding what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits. In addition, you will understand the need for delivering excellent customer care.
Salary £20,000 - £25,000 plus bonus.
